The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association is the only national organisation in England, Wales and Northern Ireland dedicated to the support of people with MND and those who care for them. In 2009, the MND Association unveiled a six-year plan setting out how we will move towards our vision of a world free of MND. Our Strategic Framework looks at activity we will undertake in the areas of care and research, and also how we will increase our income and awareness of the disease to help these improvements take place.

Welcome to the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) Forces Help We help and support those who serve in our Armed Forces and those who used to serve - even if it was only for a single day. We also care for the families of both. Last year alone, our professional staff and trained volunteers provided a reliable, caring and trusted service to more than 50,000 people. We helped to make a real difference to many lives.
